Refund Policy

SparkSheet gives you a full free trial before you are charged anything, so you can find out whether it suits your work before you pay. If something still goes wrong after that, we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
The free trial
Every new account gets 30 days of full access. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all.
We ask for a payment method up front so your account carries on without interruption when the trial ends. Nothing is taken during the trial.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the ability to sign in and download the files you have made.
Refunds
Monthly plans
If you are charged for a month you did not intend to use, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Annual plans
Within 30 days of an annual charge, we will refund it in full. After 30 days we will refund the unused whole months if you ask, less any months already used at the monthly rate.
Either way
If SparkSheet was broken or unavailable in a way that stopped you working, tell us and we will make it right, whether or not the timeframes above have passed.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for SparkSheet. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to the original payment method, and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Your statement shows Paddle rather than SparkSheet. If you are looking at a charge you do not recognise, that is likely the reason.
How to ask
Email info@sparksheet.ca with the email address on the account and roughly when the charge was made. We answer within two business days.
You can also contact Paddle directly through the link on your receipt.
Price changes
If we change the price of a plan you are already on, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email before it takes effect, so you can cancel first if you would rather not continue.
